Isoflavones, a type of phytoestrogen abundant in soybeans, are receiving a great deal of attention in the scientific literature. The three main isoflavones are daidzein, genistein and glycitein. Directions
As a food supplement for adults, one (1) to two (2) tablets daily, preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
