Directions
As a food supplement 'For Cholesterol' can be taken with the following recommendations: - Take one sachet daily, preferably with breakfast. - The contents of this sachet are orosoluble and may be taken directly into the mouth or dissolved in a glass of water and consumed immediately. - For best results, take daily for at least three months. - May be used on an ongoing basis. - Safe to take alongside statins or other cholesterol lowering medication.Note: Do not stop or reduce the lowering medication without the support of you doctor.

Like the rest of the OptiBac Probiotics range, 'For Cholesterol' does not require refrigeration. Store out of direct sunlight. Live cultures are not recommended for those with serious medical conditions eg. those who are severely immunosuppressed, have pancreatitis, are in the ICU, have melaena, have a central venous catheter, infants with short bowel syndrome, or to patients with open wounds following major surgery; unless under a doctor's care.
