Directions
As a food supplement for adults, three (3) softgels daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.

A blend of omega-3, 6 and 9 fats derived from Fish, Flax and Borage Oils.
Three capsules provide 344 mg of EPA, 221 mg of DHA and 585 mg of alpha linolenic acid (omega-3 fatty acids); 247 mg of GLA and 598 mg of linoleic acid (omega-6 fatty acids) and 325 mg of the omega-9 fat oleic acid.
Omega 3-6-9 Softgels are free from gluten, wheat, dairy and yeast.
Linoleic acid and alpha linolenic acid have been found to contribute to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.
DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function and the maintenance of normal vision; and DHA maternal intake contributes to the normal development of the eye and the brain of the foetus and breastfed infants.
