Dosage: For children ages 0-12 years
Ages 0-5 years old: 1.5g (half level teaspoon)
Ages 5-15 years old: 3g (1 level teaspoon)
For children over 12, use the General Living Multi-Strain Biotic.
Can be added to any drink that is not hot. Mix powder with a small glass of water, milk or juice once per day. Drink immediately, preferably on a empty stomach. We recommend not adding to a baby's bottle as the mixture can block the teat. Use a sippy cup instead.
For small babies, you can either:
Add the powder to formula or expressed milk (in a small cup), then using a baby syringe, administer the mixture into baby's mouth. or
Apply the powder to your finger and allow the baby to suck powder.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
