Each capsule delivers:Lactobacillus acidophilus La5, 10 x 109 (10 billion) live bacteria*and Bifidobacterium Bb12Encapsulated With :Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose Colour: Titanium Dioxide) Dextrose Potato Starch Cellulose Magnesium Stearate.The dextrose and sucrose contents combined weigh less than 1/50 of a teaspoon (less than ½ a calorie).
Directions
1 capsule daily with a glass of milk or water or with a meal. Do not swallow capsules with hot drinks; heat kills bacteria. Take at least 2 hours after antibiotic medication.
