Pregnancy
About Pregnancy
Staying healthy during pregnancy is especially important, which can be achieved
through optimal nutrition and exercise. A daily prenatal multivitamin is generally
recommended before conception and during pregnancy.
The critical difference compared to other multivitamins is the folic acid (vitamin B9)
dose, which is necessary to support rapid cell growth, cell replication, cell division,
and nucleotide synthesis for fetal and placental development.
