Houmous

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
1. 1 Tin of Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2. 3tbsp Tahini
3. 2tbsp Lemon Juice
4. 2tbsp Olive Oil
5. 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
6. 2tbsp Water
7. Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Blend together the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, water and garlic until smooth.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
