Tincture of organically grown fresh aerial parts of Wild Pansy (Viola tricolor), extracted in alcohol (50%V/V).
Directions
Adults: 15 to 20 drops twice daily, in a little water.Children (2-12 years): 1 drop per year of age twice daily in a little water.

It looks similar to the cultivated Pansy plants many people will be familiar with, but has smaller flowers and leaves.Indeed, Viola tricolor was the progenitor of cultivated Pansy plants and because of this, we also refer to it by its common name of ‘wild pansy’.Viola tricolor also has another common name, Heartsease, with a long history of use for many different conditions. Today, we know that Viola tricolor contains a special type of molecule known as cyclotides, or circular peptides.
